Inbound Medical Billing Call Center representative working from 10:30p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Monday - Fridayreceive and answer calls from patients requiring information regarding their MinuteClinic visit, insurance information, payment information, high level claims information as well as clinic locations and available services and fees. The call center employee must possess outstanding listening skills, analytical and problem solving skills, ability to assist providers and members with complex inquiries, resolve issues and identify trends. Must have call center and customer service experience.
Job Function: FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
