The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for improving the Company's profitability by implementing sound manufacturing principles to improve the operation's quality, cost, delivery and safety. The Manufacturing Supervisor provides all necessary direction to operators and support groups within his/her area of responsibility to ensure the proper and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Manages production demands through sound scheduling practices that will ensure that all resources (staffing, equipment, methods and materials) are present to produce the required output. Works with Planners and others to optimize production, quality and safety results. Communicates progress, issues, priorities and delivery commitments to all employees as well as management team. Follow established safety, quality and production improvement goals. Monitor visual workplace 5S principles. Provide a safe workplace for all employees. Maintain security of all company assets. Ensure that all equipment is production ready and that an acceptable MRO inventory level is maintained. Monitor employees daily productivity and quality output. Maintain open lines of communication through daily shift briefings and communications by providing a motivational environment through personal example and solid interpersonal skills. Develop employees.
Bachelors Degree, preferred
5 Years minimum experience in a manufacturing environment,
3
Years minimum experience in a supervisor role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational skills
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to develop and enforce policies
Knowledge of JD Edwards business system, preferred
Ability to work on Saturdays on a rotation scheduleEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
